Cornish Fairings - Traditional Biscuits Made in Cornwall

Cornish Fairings are a traditional spiced biscuit from Cornwall.

Made with mixed spice, ginger, cinnamon and golden syrup, these wonderfully tasty biscuits area little taste of Cornwall and make a perfect treat with a cuppa.

These biscuits, which have been a loved Cornish treat since victorian times, are made from a traditional recipe. They have a crunchy texture on the outside giving you a crisp bite every time. The inside is slightly chewy meaning that every mouthful can be savoured. Each biscuit is a perfect treat to have with a cup of Cornish Tea or Cornish Coffee, (yes we sell that too)!
